Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued under specific conditions and for specific services as outlined in this policy.
To be eligible for a refund, you must have a valid reason and provide supporting documentation (e.g., project misalignment, missed deadlines).

Non-Refundable Services

Custom design or development work that has already commenced
Third-party fees or expenses incurred on behalf of the client.
Completed milestones or phases of a project

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

Project Cancellation by Client:
If the project is canceled by the client before any work has commenced, a full refund may be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).
Mutual Agreement to End the Project:
If the client and BIGYES Studio mutually agree to end the project after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
Non-Completion by Studio:
If BIGYES Studio is unable to complete the agreed-upon work due to internal issues, a refund proportionate to the unfinished work will be issued.

All refund requests will be evaluated and processed within 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

Prior to Start Date: Cancellations made before work commences may be eligible for a full refund, subject to non-refundable deposits.
During the Project: Cancellations during the project may result in a partial refund based on the work completed up to the date of cancellation. Work already delivered is non-refundable.

Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, BIGYES Studio reserves the right to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such situations, the client will be notified immediately, and a full or partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
